Join us as Fountain Hill Cemetery will be planting new trees!!!
Thanks to a grant graciously provided by the Rockfall Foundation in Middletown for the re-forestation of Fountain Hill Cemetery!
Anyone is welcomed to join us on Saturday November 1st beginning at 9 AM. As part of the educational aspect of the grant children and adults alike are welcomed to assist in the planting of 50 new trees. Learn about proper placement, planting and care of various species of trees.
This event will be held RAIN OR SHINE so dress accordingly for the weather! If you have a shovel, please kindly bring one with you as a limited amount will be available to share. Don’t forget gloves or any personally required safety gear, and prepare to get your hands and clothes dirty while learning and assisting us in the re-forestation of the cemetery.
Please meet at the main entrance at 9AM for instructions and assignments. Refreshments will be provided at the conclusion of the event to thank you for your grand gesture of help!
